Maria Cecilia Rachadell boasts over 25 years of extensive experience as an international business attorney, specializing in the Latin America market. She holds a summa cum laude degree in Law (Abogado) from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas and has also earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School.
Over the course of her career, Maria Cecilia has garnered numerous accolades and awards. Her exceptional business acumen, profound legal expertise, and ability to craft customized solutions with a significant impact on business outcomes have made her a trusted advisor to high-profile clients.
Before becoming a part of the CISA team, Maria Cecilia served as the Managing Director of Amicorp Miami and held partner positions in internationally renowned law firms. A native of Venezuela, she has both lived and worked in the United States and Venezuela, and she is fluent in both English and Spanish.
CISA LatAm, based in Miami, is a Florida corporation providing wealth planning services and acting as a liaison for clients. Registered as a Qualified Limited-Service Affiliate, it serves professionals and non-US resident clients affiliated with ITE.
