Junior Fund Administrator (JFA) - Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Reporting to: Director
CISA Fund Administration Ltd. seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fund Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in fund administration.
Responsibilities:
- be responsible for the overall administration of mutual funds (Fund) assigned to him/her.
- process capital transactions (subscription/ redemptions / share transfers),
- calculate Net Asset Values (NAVs) of the Fund.
- process wire payments,
- prepare financial statements,
- maintain NAV and investor files, and
- liaise with investment managers, investors and auditors of the Fund.
Qualifications:
- Has up to four (4) years of relevant fund administration experience;
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable college/university;
- Has excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, Spanish is a plus;
- Is knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF);
- Is flexible, proactive and has good attention to detail and analytical skills; and
- Experience in PAXUS (Pacific Fund Systems) is a plus.
