Senior Fund Administrator (SFA) - Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Entry date: ASAP

Reporting to: Director

CISA Fund Administration Ltd. seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fund Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in fund administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding, ongoing administration, and termination of mutual funds (the “Fund”) assigned to them.
  • Process the Fund’s capital transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and share transfers.
  • Ensure Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation is collected from investors and maintain accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) files.
  • Calculate the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Fund, ensuring all calculations are thoroughly documented and supported.
  • Maintain NAV files and complete checklists in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Process wire payments on behalf of the Fund and maintain wire transaction files according to the company’s standards.
  • Communicate directly with Investment Managers, investors, and other stakeholders regarding Fund-related matters.
  • Prepare the Fund’s financial statements and liaise with auditors as required.
  • May need to provide support to the Director, attend Fund board meetings, and prepare board reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least four (4) years of relevant fund administration experience;
  • Has a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable college/university;
  • Has excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, Spanish is a plus;
  • Is knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF);
  • Is flexible, proactive and has good attention to detail and analytical skills; and
  • Experience in PAXUS (Pacific Fund Systems) is a plus.
